Accused No.2 absent.
Summons issued to accused No.2 received back served,
however, accused No.2 is not present. Learned SPP has also filed report of
service, as per which accused No.2 has been served through speed post at
the address of Gurgaon.
Accordingly, bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.10,000/- be
issued against accused No.2 with one surety in like amount to be executed
through SHO PS Subzi Mandi, returnable for the next date.
As per report of service to accused No.1 filed on behalf of
complainant, the RP of accused No.1 has left that address. Complainant is
strictly directed to verify the address of RP of accused No.1 and to file the
same within 15 days from today. Let notice be issued to RP of accused
No.1 for next date of hearing.
In case the address of RP of accused No.1 is not filed within
15 days from today, incumbent AO is directed to appear in person on the
next date of hearing.
