It appears that accused no. 1 is under liquidation. The complainant is directed to file
the order passed by NCLT qua accused no. 1 admitting it to CIRP or ordering its
liquidation, as the case may be on NDOH i.e. 28.07.2023.
The complainant shall also make submissions qua culpability of accused
no. 3 Amar Sarin on the NDOH. An amended memo of parties be also filed on the
next date.
