Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: CC No. 13/2025 BSES-YAMUNA POWER LTD. vs. Mohd. Iqbal 24.09.2025 Present: Sh. Jitender Shankar, AR of the complainant company. Ms. Sadaf Wali and Sh. Nitin Vashishtha, Legal retainers of the complainant company. Notice issued to the SHO for filing status report received back with the report that talk for compromise is going on between the parties. AR of the complainant company submits that no talk for settlement is going with the accused. It is further submitted that SHO concerned is delaying the case of the complainant company on one pretext or the other. He also submits that a raid was conducted at the house of accused on 29.07.2024 and accused was found indulged in the direct theft of electricity. Matter was reported to the police on 28.08.2024 but no action was taken by the police so far. It is prayed that SHO may be directed to register FIR against the accused. Heard. Record perused. Perusal of the case file, I find that complainant company has filed a complaint u/s 151 for the offence punishable u/s 135& 138 of Electricity Act, 2003 against the accused. After having gone through the contents of the complaint and documents annexed with it, it appears that a cognizable offence contd...2 -- 1 of 2 -- -2- has been committed in the present case, therefore, SHO concerned is directed to register a FIR in the present case and compliance report be filed within seven days from the date of receiving of the present order. Copy of this order be also sent to the SHO concerned for the proper compliance of the order. Put up on 11.02.2026.
