Present: Sh. Jitender Shankar, AR of the complainant.
Report under the signatures of Addl. DCP, Central is
received that chargesheet has been filed. It is further mentioned that
order dated 24.09.2025 of the court was not received at the police
station, therefore FIR could not be registered within stipulated
period.
As per report given by Ahlmad on the ordersheet dated
24.09.2025, process has been issued on 27.09.2025. The DCP,
Central to inquire about the facts by whom the process issued by the
court was received and under which circumstances, the same could
not reached to the SHO PS Chandni Mahal.
The final report submitted is listed with SC No.
155/2026 today itself.
In the facts where the incident has been investigated
after registration of FIR and the final report has been filed before
the court, let the file be annexed/clubbed with the State Case.
Further orders will be passed in the State Case File.
