(Central), Delhi. It be checked and registered.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the JD/MCD that he
has filed a calculation sheet on 10.07.2024, wherein the principal due
amount is Rs. 4,80,411/-.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the DH that he is
agreed with the calculation sheet filed by the JD/MCD and prayed that
warrant of attachment to the abovemnetioned amount may be issued.
Perusal of the record transpires that a banker’s cheque
bearing no. 351056 dt. 24.04.2024 for a sum of Rs. 4,49,513/- is
already on record. The amount of present banker’s cheque is different
from the admitted principal amount by the JD/MCD and also the
banker’s cheque has already been invalidated.
As such, let fresh warrant of attachment of bank account
of JD bearing no. 41010068213, State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk
Branch, Delhi, be issued to the bank manager concerned on filing of
PF. Copy of this order be attached therewith. The manager of the
concerned bank is directed to deposit Rs. 4,80,411/- in the court in the
form of FDR/banker’s cheque in the name of DH as per rules on or
before NDOH.
Since the abovementioned banker’s cheque has already

been invalidated, therefore, the Nazir is directed to send the same to
the SBI, Chandni Chowk, Delhi with further direction to the Bank
Manager, State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk, Delhi to realise the
money of banker’s cheque bearing no. 351056 dt. 24.04.2024 for a
sum of Rs. 4,49,513/- in the account of JD/MCD, if any, as per rule.
Put up for further proceedings on 26.10.2024.
PF be filed within 3 days from today.
The date has been given as per the convenience of Ld.
Counsel for both the parties.
