Perusal of the record transpires that a banker’s cheque
bearing no. 071520 dated 25.10.2024 drawn on State Bank of India,
Chandni Chowk Branch, Delhi for a sum of Rs. 4,80,411/- is already
on record.
It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the DH that
the abovementioned banker’s cheque may be released to him on behalf
of DH and he may be permitted to withdraw the present execution
petition.
Heard.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for DH has been
recorded in this regard.
The banker’s cheque be released to the Ld. Counsel for
DH against proper acknowledgment as per rules.
The present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
