Present: Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh, AR of plaintiff.
Sh. S.K.Shukla, Ld. Counsel for defendant.
An application has been filed seeking substitution of
AR of the plaintiff. It is stated that previous AR of the plaintiff gave
resignation to the plaintiff company and Sh. Ashish Kumar has been
appointed as new AR in the present suit by the plaintiff company
and he may be substituted as AR of plaintiff. Extract from the
minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s Anu
products Limited has been placed on record.
In view of submissions made, Sh. Ashish Kumar is
allowed to be substituted as AR of the plaintiff.
Learned Counsel for the defendant submits that he has
not received the copy of the plaint along with documents till date.
AR of the plaintiff company submits that he will supply the same
during course of the day.
Let written statement be filed by the defendant within
stipulated period with directions to supply advance copy of the
same to the opposite side who may thereafter file replication, if any,
within fifteen days after receipt of copy of written statement.
Parties are also directed to file affidavit qua
admission/denial of documents and proposed issues by the next
date of hearing.
Put up for filing of written statement,replication, if
any/admission-denial of documents/framing of issues on
12.03.2024.
