amended plaint, affidavit under order 11 rule 6 (3) of The
Commercial Courts Act and statement of truth has been filed on

Arguments on application under order VI rule 17
CPC heard.
Learned counsel for defendant has argued that
application may be allowed subject to cost.
By way of present application, plaintiff intends to file
amended plaint duly signed on each page and no material change
has been made other than signing the plaint on each page.
In the facts and circumstances, application under
order VI rule 17 CPC is allowed subject to cost of Rs.1000/- upon
the plaintiff and in favour of defendant.
Amended plaint is taken on record.
Matter be put up for reply/arguments on all pending
applications, admission/denial of documents, framing of issues
and case management hearing on 20.11.2024.
