Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1 seeks time to file WS.
Same be filed along with application of condonation of delay with
advance copy to the opposite counsel at the earliest.
2. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff prayed for grant of stay.
Arguments heard. The present case has been filed for seeking
possession, mesne profit and injunction on the ground that the
defendant no.2 is a tenant and there is apprehension that he may create
3rd party interest in the said property.
3. In view of the above submissions and to preserve the suit
property, defendants are restrained to create any 3rd party interest in the
said property by way of transfer, sale, gift deed, lease or any other mode
of transfer of property without permission of this court till further
orders or the disposal of the case. Application is disposed of.
4. Put up for completion of pleadings and further proceeding
on 23.09.2024.
