This is an execution petition pertaining to award
dated 07.07.2026 passed by Ld. Presiding Officer, Labour Court
in LCA No. 15/26.
Civil Nazir to report on the next date of hearing.
Let notice of execution petition be issued to JD on
PF on 09.10.2026. Steps be taken within three days from today.
DH is also directed to provide the BMID number
and Ward number of employee alongwith PF in the form of
affidavit (if already not mentioned in the petition).
It is made clear that objections or calculation, if any,
on behalf of JD be positively filed on or before the next date of
hearing with advance copy to the opposite party. A copy of this
order and the copy of the affidavit (if any) filed alongwith PF
providing BMID number etc. be also annexed with notice to the
JD.
