Saroj Kumar Jha, Ld. counsel for the DH (appearing through VC). None for MCD. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the DH submits that he has already filed the fresh calculation in view of the observation made by this court vide order dated 18.10.2025. Having perused the record, this court finds the same having been filed on 19.12.2025. Same is taken on record. At this stage, having perused the calculation sheet, this court finds that again the DH has taken the sum total of outstanding decretal amount plus cost as the principal sum for calculating the interest which is contrary to the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2016. To this observation, Ld. counsel for the DH fairly admits that due to inadvertence, the principal sum has been calculated incorrectly and he seeks some time to file the fresh/ rectified calculation sheet. Let the same be filed within a week with advance copy of the same to the opposite party. Thereafter, objection, if any be filed by the JD on or before NDOH with advance copy of the same to the opposite party. Nazir is also directed to make a report qua the said calculation.
