is not clear that till what period the said interest has been
calculated. It further transpires from the said reply that even the
interest on account of delayed payment has been calculated
under different heads. In view of this observation, concerned
Account Officer is directed to appear on the next date of hearing
to explain the entries/calculations in the said reply.
Ld. counsel for the DH also seeks some time to
verify the calculations made by the MCD/JD.
