Heard. Perused.
The parcha yadasth is filed by Civil Nazir, as the case file
is not traceable.
As per report of Civil Nazir, order dated 07.08.2023,
MACA No. 714/2018 & CM APPL. 31236/2018 titled as “Reliance
Gen. Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Dhananjay Kumar Singh and Ors.” was
received in this Tribunal on 23.09.2023 and relevant part of the said
order for compliance is reproduced below :
“6. As the appeal stand dismissed, the learned
Registrar General of this Court is directed to transmit
the amount deposited, along with the interest accrued
thereon, to the learned Tribunal, who shall release the
same to the claimants/respondent nos. 1 to 3 in
accordance with the schedule stipulated by the
Impugned Award, with all the amount due thereunder
along with the accrued interest till first release, be
released to the claimants immediately.”
In terms of aforesaid order of Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi, the FDR of Rs. 7,73,288/- dated 18.09.2018, bearing no.

214739 drawn in UCO Bank in the name of Registrar General, Delhi
High Court, be deposited in MACT account pertaining to this Tribunal
and amount in terms of said order be released to original
petitioners/claimants.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
claimants/DHs as well as copy be sent to Bank Manager, SBI, Tis
Hazari, Delhi for compliance.
Re-notify for further proceedings on 01.12.2023. Date is
given as per the convenience of Ld. Counsel for claimants/DHs.
Civil Nazir to trace out the original miscellaneous file
and place the same before this Tribunal on next date.
