Heard. Perused.
As per report of Civil Nazir, the original application qua
release of award amount with accrued interest in terms of order dated
07.08.2023 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in MAC. APP. 714/2018
& CM APPL. 31236/2018, is not traceable. The said amount has
already been ordered to be released vide order dated 06.10.2023 of
this Tribunal, in terms of aforesaid order of Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi.
Since aforesaid application is not traceable, Ld. Counsel
for applicant/DH has placed on record photocopy of the said
application.
Keeping the matter further would be sheer wastage of
precious time of this Tribunal. The relief asked in the application has
already been granted. Hence, the application stands disposed of.
Nothing now survives.
File be consigned to record room.
