1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for specific performance
of the contract as prayed in the present suit? OPP
2. Whether the defendant is not liable to perform specific
performance of contract as no agreement dated 25.07.2020
was ever executed? OPD
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of amount as
an alternative relief? OPP
4. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for permanent injunction
as prayed? OPP
3. Parties are directed to file list of witnesses within 30 days
with advance copy to each other. Plaintiff is also directed to file affidavit
in evidence of all private witnesses within 30 days with advance copy to
the opposite counsel.
