Warrants of attachment issued against the bank
account of the JD has been served. However, no amount has
been remitted pursuant to the said warrants of attachment.
At this stage, it is noticed from the record that it has
been informed by the bank vide its letter dated 14.12.2023 that
the amount could not be remitted for want of funds in the
account of the JD.
In view of the same. let notice be issued to the JDs
for next date of hearing. Meanwhile, DH is also directed to
furnish fresh bank account details of JD, if any.
