Court is apprised that the matter has been settled between the parties
before Delhi Mediation Centre on 22.09.2025. In this regard, a joint application
under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC has been e-filed. In so far as the application is
supported with affidavits of both the parties, no separate statements are being
recorded. Parties are bound by the terms of the mediation settlement.
As such, the suit of the plaintiff stands disposed off as
compromised. Settlement terms contained in Mediation Settlement Deed dated
22.09.2025 shall form part of the decree.
Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
Court fees be refunded as per rules.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
