Present: Dr. Vijay Singh, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff along
with AR/Director of the plaintiff.
Sh. Divesh, Ld. Proxy counsel for Sh. Manish
Bayala, Ld. Counsel for the defendant along with
defendant (joined through VC).
It is stated by both the parties that the present matter
i.e. CS (Comm No.) 801/2023 and Counter Claim No. 77/2023
have been amicably settled between both the parties vide
settlement agreement ExP1 dated 03/07/2025 and defendant has
agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs to the plaintiff in full and
final settlement and all the terms and conditions are mentioned in
the settlement agreement ExP1 and requested that the suit may be
decreed in terms of the said settlement agreement ExP1 and
decree may be passed accordingly.
Statement of AR of the plaintiff and AR of the
defendant has been recorded separately in this regard.
In view of statement, the present suit is decreed in
terms of the settlement agreement ExP1.
Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
File be consigned to Record Room, after due
compliance.
