the open court today, the suit of the plaintiff is decreed. A decree of
Rs.8,95,528/- is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the
defendants. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to simple interest on
the aforesaid amount @ 9.25% per annum from the date of filing of
the suit till its realization. Plaintiff shall also be entitled to cost of
the suit.
