Present:- Sh. Naresh Rawat, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff
alongwith proposed AR Sh. Lalan Kumar Jha.
Defendant is ex-parte.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has filed two applications,
first application for substitution of AR and second application for
taking on record the certificate u/s 63 of BSA & email dated
04.01.2021, alongwith certificate u/s 63 of BSA & email dated
04.01.2021.
Arguments heard.
As far as application for substitution of AR is
concerned, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that previous AR Sh.
Nishant Rawat is not in a position to appear due to some personal
exigencies, therefore, plaintiff has authorized Mr. Lalan Kumar
Jha, who is working as manager, in place of previous AR Sh.
Nishant Rawat, vide authorization letter dated 12.02.2025.
In view of submissions made and averments made in
the application which is duly supported by an affidavit of Sh.
Lalan Kumar Jha and the application being formal in nature
stands allowed. Sh. Lalan Kumar Jha stands substituted as AR of
plaintiff. The present application stands disposed off.
As far as 2nd application for taking on record the
certificate u/s 63 of BSA & email dated 04.01.2021 is concerned,
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that due to some inadvertent

mistake, same could not be filed earlier and now plaintiff wants
to take the same on record.
Heard. Application stands allowed. Same are taken
on record.
PW1 Sh. Lalan Kumar Jha is examined and
discharged.
As per separate statement of AR of plaintiff, PE
stands closed.
Now to come up for ex-parte final arguments on
21.02.2025.
