ORAL ORDER : This is an application for extension of statusquo order. Already my Ld. Predecessor passed statusquo order on 21/12/2022. In that order, it is mentioned that, 'there is no to show that defendants are illegally obstructing plaintiff's possession. No strong prima facie case is made out. It is just that parties are directed to maintain statusquo' and accordingly, my Ld. Predecessor granted statusquo order. 2. Today, I have heard both the sides. 3. Perused the application and say filed thereon. 4. Law is settled that once statusquo order was granted, then application should be heard within 30 days and it should be disposed off immediately. As mentioned earlier, the statusquo order /home/steno32/Desktop/Court-32/2023/Order/Feb/E-18-LD-149-2022.odt -- 1 of 2 -- 2 is passed on 21/12/2022. On last date, incharge Court not extended statusquo order. Already one month time is lapsed. Hence, status quo order cannot be continued.
