She asked for adjournment. But, matter is pending since long and serious one. 2. According to plaintiff, he is licensee and defendants are licensors and locked the door of the suit premises. The FIR is lodged. Plaintiff prays to remove the lock by the defendants on the suit premises as well as other reliefs. 3. I have read the application and say filed thereon. To ascertain the facts, whether in reality, whether the lock is put up on the door of the suit premises or not, it is necessary to appoint the Court Commissioner. Hence, Advocate Shri. Ashwini Singh is hereby appointed as Court Commissioner to find out whether, in fact, the suit premises is locked or not. Till date, both parties to maintain statusquo as on date.
