ORAL ORDER :
Read application and say. Heard both sides. Perused
record. It appears that the plaintiff has filed reply to Exh.24 on
15.07.2024. However, it is contended that due to oversight, the said
reply came to be filed in respect of an application for inspection of
documents instead of application for repairs and injunction.
Accordingly, now the plaintiff is intending to file correct reply to the
application at Exh.24.
2. Perusal of record shows that there is substance in
contentions raised in this application. Being error on the part of
plaintiff due to oversight, the plaintiff is required to be permitted to
file correct reply to the application at Exh.24. Accordingly, application
is allowed and reply to Exh.24 be accepted.
