Read application. Perused say. Heard Ld. Adv. for plaintiff
and Ld. Adv. of defendants 6 and 7. Ld. Adv. of Defendant Nos. 1 to 5
submitted that she has filed Vakalatnama today itself and unable to file
reply today. Ld. Adv. of plaintiff submitted that she want to file re
joinder. Whereas, Ld. Adv. for defendants 6 and 7 strongly objected the
application on the ground that defendants 6 and 7 have already filed
w.s. and they are ready to argue today itself. Importantly, status quo
order is granted against defendants 1 to 5 only whose reply has not yet
come. Hence, an opportunity as last chance requires to be given to
defendants 1 to 5 to file reply. In this scenario, the interest of justice
