ORDER :
Read application. Perused say. Heard Ld. Advocate for
plaintiff and Ld. Advocate of defendant Nos. 6 and 7. Ld. Advocate for
defendant Nos. 6 and 7 strongly objected the application on the ground
that defendants 6 and 7 have already filed written statement. There is
no landlord tenant relationship between plaintiff and defendant Nos. 6
and 7. Importantly, status quo order is granted against defendants 1 to
5 only whose reply has not yet come. Hence, an opportunity as extreme
last chance requires to be given to defendants 1 to 5 to file reply. In this
scenario, the interest of justice requires to extend the status quo till next
date. Hence, I pass following order :
