ORAL ORDER :-
1. Perused the application, say filed by Advocate of
defendant Nos.6 and 7.
2. Present application is filed by holding Advocate of
plaintiff for extension of order passed below Exhibit No.9.
3. Advocate of defendant Nos.6 and 7 filed say and strongly
opposed the application contending that plaintiff is prolonging the
matter on one or another reason.

4. It is contention of holding Advocate of plaintiff that
Senior Advocate Mr. D.D. Singh cannot appear and argue the matter
as he is suffering from severe throat infection and fever.
5. It appears from record that till today order passed below
Exhibit No.9 is continued. Today, matter is for argument on interim
application Exhibit No.9 which is filed by plaintiff. No doubt, time
and again plaintiff has get extended order passed below Exhibit No.9.
But it appears from record that there was some interim applications
filed by the parties and those applications are decided. It is pertinent
to note here that application Exhibit No.24 filed for rejection of plaint
came to be decided on last date.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances on record and
to grant fair opportunity to argue matter on Exhibit No.9, order
passed below Exhibit No.9 is extended till next date as a last chance.
Both parties to argue on application Exhibit No.9. If, plaintiff fails to
argue on application Exhibit No.9 then no further extension will be
granted.
