Appellant and his Counsel repeatedly called out but they are
absent. The respondent Mr. Nagendra Tripathi is present alongwith his
advocate Mr. Manoj R. Bhargav. They have submitted that the they are
not intended to create any third party interest as they are residing in the
suit premises alongwith his brother and respective family members.
Thus, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for
