ORDER :
This is an application filed by the plaintiff for
substitution as legal representative.
2. It is the contention of the plaintiff that, old
representative of plaintiff company had left the job and join some
other company hence plaintiff company has now duly appoint and
authorized Mr. Niraj Bharat Bhagat to represent on behalf of
company in the above caption matter. It is the contention of the
plaintiff that, the substitution of the authorized person will not cause
any prejudice to the other side. Hence, prayed to allow the
application by adding new authorized representative of the Company
Mr. Niraj Bharat Bhagat by substituting previous representative.

3. The defendant has filed his say below Exh.19 and denied
all the contention made in the application. He submits that, the
plaintiff failed to file the documents pertaining employment of
plaintiff. He further submits that, deliberate attempt has been made
to prolong the proceeding.
4. Heard Ld. Advocate for both the respective parties. The
plaintiff company has annexed copy of e-mail, service agreement
along with the application, which goes to show that, the Mr. Niraj
Bhagat has been appointed by the company therefore his name has to
be included as a representative of the company to look after the suit.
Hence, I do not find any impediment to allow the application. Hence,
I pass the following Order :
:: ORDER ::
1. Application is allowed.
2. Mr. Niraja Bharat Bhagat is allowed to be made as a
representative of the plaintiff company.
3. Consequential amendment shall be made within 14 days.
4. The plaintiff is directed to file amended file to be taken on
record.
