ORAL ORDER :
The present application is filed by plaintiff for extension of
time for complinace of order passed below Exh.18 dated 18.09.2025.
2. It is the submission of the plaintiff that, due to personal
difficulty of the plaintiff, he could not comply the order passed below
Exh.18 on 18.09.2025. Hence, the plaintiff is seeking extension of time for
complying the same.
3. Defendant has filed his reply on the overleaf of the application
and strongly objected the same. It is the contention of the defendant that,
it is a cleal mischief and wrongful tactics played by the plaintiff so that
thay can be in the possession of the suit premises. Hence, defendant

prayed to reject the application.
4. Heard both the Ld. Advocates. Perused the record and
proceeding. It is the submission of the plaintiff that, he could not comply
the amendment within stipulated time due to his personal difficulty.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find
any impediment to allow the application. Hence, I pass the following
order :
::ORDER::
1. Application is allowed subject to payment of costs of
Rs.500/- to be paid to the defendant.
2. Plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary
amendment as per order passed below Exh.18 dated
18.09.2025, immediately after payment of costs.
