ORDER :-
The decree-holders and Judgment debtor are absent.
However, the Ld. Advocates on behalf of decree-holders and Judgment
debtor are present today before this Court. On perusal of record and
roznama it can be seen that, this Execution Petition is filed for execution
of the Judgment and decree passed in Mesne Profits Application No. 18
of 2013 dated 07.01.2020. On perusal of joint preceipe filed vide Exh.
15, it can be seen that, Judgment debtor has complied with the
Judgment and decree dated 07.01.2020 passed in M. P. P. No. 18 of
2013. The decree-holders through their Ld. Advocate have submitted in
writing to this Court to dispose of this Petition in full satisfaction.
Hence, this Execution Petition is required to be disposed of in full
satisfaction. Thus, the order follows :-
: O R D E R :
1. Present Execution Petition stands disposed of in full
satisfaction in view of terms of Joint preceipe vide
Exh. 15 filed by the decree-holders and Judgment
debtor through their Ld. Advocates.
2. Proceedings stands closed.
