Today, C.A. of the plaintiff and the defendant are present.
Matter referred to the Mediation and settled therein. Both parties
voluntarily accepted contents in consent terms along with their
signature. They also submitted before court that matter is amicably
settle between them through Mediation. I have perused the copy of
Aadhar Card and copy of power of attorney executed in favour of C.A.
of the plaintiff by the plaintiff. As per Consent Terms vide Exh.19 and
Mediation Report vide Exh.18, I proceed to pass following order :-

1. The suit is disposed of as withdrawn in
terms of consent terms vide Exh.19 dated
09/09/2025.
2. Court fee be refunded as per rule.
