1. Appeal is dismissed with costs.
2. The impugned judgment passed in RAD Suit No. 719 of 2013
dated 09.08.2024 by Court of Small Cause, Bandra Branch,
Mumbai (Court Room No. 33 B.B.) is hereby confirmed.
3. The plaintiff shall pay costs of appeal to the defendant No. 2 and
shall bear her own.
The decree be drawn accordingly.
5. The record and proceeding of the Trial Court be returned to
deposit it in the record room as per rules.
6. Notify the judgment to the learned Trial Court.
