reasonably and bonafide for herself/and for her family members ?
3. To whom greater hardship will be caused by passing eviction decree
than refusing to pass it?
4. Does the plaintiff prove that the defendant has committed breach
of terms and conditions of tenancy ?
5. Is the suit bad for non-joinder of necessary parties?
6. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to relief of eviction and recovery of
possession of the suit premises ?
