This application is taken out by plaintiff for permitting him
to file rejoinder on record. It is contention that plaintiff has taken out
Exh.21 directing defendant to pay the compensation. Defendant filed
reply disputing the amount of compensation, therefore, plaintiff want ot
file rejoinder on record.
2. Defendant filed handwritten reply and opposed the
application on the ground that the application for filing rejoinder is
moved after the delay of 5 months and prayed for rejection of

3. I heard both the sides at length. After perusal of record it
appears that plaintiff want to file rejoinder on the reply of the
defendant. If the application is allowed no any prejudice will be caused
to the defendant. Therefore, application deserves to be allowed in the
interest of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :-

1. The application Exh.23 is allowed.
