ORDER :
1. This is application filed by the defendants for condoning the delay
in depositing the rent from May, 2025 till the present date. It appears
that, there are no reasons given in the present application.
2. The plaintiffs have opposed the application and stated that, reply
given to application at Exhibit-26 be treated as reply to the present
application.
3. Heard, learned Advocates for both the sides.

4. It appears that, as the plaintiffs have taken the objection in reply,
the present application for condonation of delay has been filed. It
appears that, no reasons have been given by the defendants for causing
delay. Still, in the interest of justice and fair chance, the delay has to be
condoned by imposing cost. Hence, I pass the following order :-
:: O R D E R ::
1. Application (Exhibit-28-A) is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 500/-
(Rupees Five Hundred only) to be paid to the plaintiffs.
2. After payment costs, the delay stands condoned.
3. The defendants are allowed to comply the Order passed below
Exhibit- 12 as per rules.
