1. This is application filed by the defendants to allow them to
deposit rent from May, 2025 @ Rs.600/- per month in compliance of
Order passed below Exhibit-12.
2. The plaintiffs have filed the reply and stated that, their reply at
Exhibit-27 filed to Exhibit- 26 be treated as reply to this application.
3. The defendants have stated that, they wish to comply the Order
Clause No.3 passed below Exhibit-12 dtd. 08.04.2025. In view of the
same, the permission is to be given to defendants for complying the
