ORAL ORDER:
1. This application is filed by the plaintiff No.3 for expediting
the trial of the instant suit on the ground that the plaintiff No.4 is senior
citizens having their age above 75 years.
2. The say filed by other side on the same application stating
that the suit is filed for eviction and recovery of possession filed by
plaintiff no.1 aged about 54 years. The plaintiff alleged claim is totally
false. Hence, prayed to dismissed the application with cost.
3. Herd both sides at length. It is no doubt the plaintiff No.4
is senior citizen. Further, considering the Circular issued by the Hon'ble
High Court also, the matters of senior citizen are required to be
expedited. Hence, considering the plaintiff No.4 is senior citizen, I hold

that, instant matter needs to be expedited. In the result, I proceed to
