Oral Order :
The defendants have filed application stating that the
plaintiffs have filed two applications vide Exh. 12 and 13. The
defendants are senior citizens and due to illness, they could not file the
say on the said applications. The court has passed no say order against
them. Hence, prayed to set aside no say order below Exh. 12 and 13.
2. The say filed by the plaintiffs on the application stating that
the say given on Exh. 16 be treated as say to this application.
3. Heard both sides at length.
4. On perusal of the documents filed alongwith Exh. 15 and
16, it appears that the defendants were ill. Hence, they could not file
say to the applications Exh. 12 and 13. But now, they have filed say
