ORDER
Decree holders have filed an application for service of
notice by way of substitute service by affixing it on the conspicuous
place of the suit premises where judgment debtor is residing along-
with speed post on the address mentioned in prayer clause (d).
2. It is contended by decree holders that, this Court has
issued the notice but it has been returned with remark that ‘suit
premises kept locked since last 12 years’.
3. Perused the application and heard the Ld. Advocate for
decree holders. The Bailiff report (Exh. 7) disclosed that, premises
found locked since last 12 years. In such situation, notice be served
through speed post and by affixing it on conspicuous place of the last
