ORAL ORDER :-
1. This is an application filed by Ld. Advocate for the
plaintiff for granting permission to file rejoinder.
2. Perused the application and say given by Ld. Advocate of
the defendant. Heard both the sides.
3. On perusal of record, it appears that application Exhibit
No.19 is filed by the plaintiff for appointment of Court
Commissioner/Architect to get the suit premises inspected. The
defendants have filed reply at Exhibit No.20 on application Exhibit
No.19. The plaintiff has annexed the rejoinder along-with present

application. According to the plaintiff, it is necessary for the plaintiff
to file rejoinder to the reply of the defendant. Therefore, an
opportunity requires to be granted to the plaintiff to file rejoinder to
the reply filed by defendant. No prejudice would be caused to the
defendant, if the application is allowed. Hence, I pass the following
order:-
: ORDER :
1. Application Exhibit No.22 is allowed.
2. Permission is granted to the plaintiff to file
rejoinder to the reply filed by the defendants
and rejoinder filed by the plaintiff be taken on
record.
3. Costs in cause.
