ORAL ORDER:
1. The defendant no. 1 to 8 filed an application state that
they want to file Sur-rejoinder to rebuttal the case of plaintiff. The
advocate for the defendants was out of India from 22nd October 2024
to 3rd November 2024. Hence prayed to condone the delay and
permitted to file the Sur-rejoinder.
2. The say file by the plaintiff on the same application
stating that there is no grounds made out for filing the Sur-rejoinder.
Hence prayed to the reject the application.
3. Heard both sides at length.
4. In the present case the hearing of Exh. 10 is going on i.e.

the injunction application. The order is not yet passed below Exh. 10.
The reason mention in the application appears to be true one. Hence in
the interest of justice, it is necessary to allow the application. Hence I
passed the following order.

1. The application Exhibit- 24 is allowed.
2. The defendant are allowed to filed Sur-rejoinder.
