ORDER REGARDING ADMISSIBILITY OF THE DOCUMENTS FILED BY
THE PLAINTIFF AT EXHIBIT 15.
Perused the documents filed by the plaintiff (PW1) at
Exhibit 15 along with affidavit of evidence. Defendant has filed his say
below Exhibit 16. Heard the learned advocate for both the sides. It
reveals that plaintiff has filed another suit, wherein plaintiff filed all
original of the documents. Therefore, he has filed certified copies of the
documents in the present suit. Therefore, all the certified copies of
documents are marked exhibit as follows.
The document at Sr. No.1 is certified copy of death
certificate. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 17.
The document at Sr. No.2 is original rent receipt. Being
original and coming from proper custody, it is marked as Exhibit 18.
The document at Sr. No.3 is certified copy of Deed of
Surrender. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 19.
The document at Sr. No.4 is certified copy of Deed of
Assignment. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 20.

of Attorney. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 21.
The document at Sr. No.6 is certified copy of letter of
attornment. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 22.
The documents at Sr. No.7 is certified copies of property
card, 7/12 extract, city survey plan, N.A. order and assessment bills.
Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 23 (colly).
The document at Sr. No.8 is office copy of Notice dated
14.02.2024. Being office copy and coming from proper custody, it is
marked as Exhibit 24.
The document at Sr. No.9 is reply of defendant dated
20.02.2024. Being original and coming from proper custody, it is
marked as Exhibit 25.
The document at Sr. No.10 is certified copy of affidavit of
witness. Being certified copy, it is marked as Exhibit 26.
The document at Sr. No.11 is certified copy of water bills.
