ORDER ON ADMISSIBILITY OF DOCUMENT FILED BY PLAINTIFF.
The plaintiff has filed his affidavit in lieu of
examination-in-chief vide Exhibit-20 as P.W.1. In support of
examination-in-chief, he has filed on record list of documents along
with Exhibit-21. The defendant has filed his say on overleaf of the
same list of the documents. Heard both the sides.
2. The document at serial No.1 certified copy of general
power of attorney dated 13.11.2006. The said document is certified
in nature and coming from proper custody hence, it be marked as
Exhibit-22.
3. The documents at serial No.2 rent receipt for the month
of January to March 2022. The said document is original in nature
and coming from proper custody hence, the defendant as also
admitted the same hence, it be marked as Exhibit-23.
4. The document at Sr. No.3 is xerox copy of Municipal
Assessment Bill. The said document is xerox copy in nature and it
is not admissible in evidence. Hence, it be marked as Article-X.

5. The document at Sr. No.4 is electricity bills issued by
Adani Electricity. The said documents are computer generated
prints hence, it be marked as Exhibit-24 (colly).
