Read the application and say. Heard. Perused the record.
2. Perusal of record shows that during the pendency of this
execution petition, two marji applications filed by judgment debtor
are adjudicated by this court. It is also significant to note that after
filing of this application, sufficient time was granted to the judgment
debtor to file reply. However, today by filing say on the overleaf, the
judgment debtor has contended that some time is required to file
reply to the execution application. However, there appears no
substance in the contention of judgment debtor. Consequently, the
application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order :
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.

2. In view of the provisions of Order 21 Rule 35
of CPC 1908, possession warrant be issued.
Bailiff Mr. L. T. Pawar is hereby appointed for
execution of warrant of possession. Bailiff to
comply the provisions of Order 21 Rule
35(3) of CPC 1908 strictly.
