Oral Order :
The matter was referred for the mediation. The report of
the Mediator Judge is at Exh. 29. In view of mutual settlement of the
parties, the plaintiffs moved present application for withdrawal of the
suit unconditionally. The defendants have no objection for withdrawal
of the suit. Both the plaintiffs present before the court and admitted
contents in the present application. The learned advocates for the
plaintiffs as well as defendants are present and submitted to allow the
application. As the plaintiffs are withdrawing the suit unconditionally,
it is fit to dispose of the present suit. Accordingly, following order.
