The plaintiff Satish Ambavi Patel is present before this
court alongwith his advocate Shri Dinesh R. Pandey. The defendant
Mr Iftekharul Haq Abdul H. Barodgar is present before this court
alongwith his learned advocate Shri Dinesh R. Dubey. Both the
parties admit the contents of consent terms now readover to them.
They further admit their signatures and signatures of their respective
advocates on this consent terms. The compromise took place before
the Mediator. The report of Mediator is at Exh. 14. Therefore, the
compromise seems to be voluntary and lawful. Hence, the consent
terms are read and recorded. Separate order is passed below Exh. 1.
