from his mobile No.9136572108. The Ld. Advocate Smt. Gayatri
identified plaintiff No.2 and his signature on whatsapp video call.

The plaintiffs have filed withdrawal application vide Exhibit No.25
through their Ld. Advocate and contended that the plaintiffs do not
want to proceed further with the matter. Plaintiff No.2 has admitted
contents of withdrawal application Exhibit No.25, it bears his
signature and signature of their Advocate. In view of the withdrawal
application Exhibit No.25 filed by the plaintiffs and order passed
thereon, I pass the following order:-
ORDER
1. Suit is disposed off as withdrawn
unconditionally.
2. Court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs as per
rule.
3. Accordingly, proceeding stands closed.
4. The copy of screenshot of whatsapp video call is
the part of this order.
