ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the plaintiff for granting
permission to file rejoinder to the reply filed by the defendants at
Exhibit No.17.
2. Perused the application and handwritten say given by
learned advocate for the defendants. Heard both sides.
3. On perusal of record, it appears that the plaintiff has
filed application Exhibit No.10 for temporary injunction. The
defendants have filed reply to the said application at Exhibit No.17.
The plaintiff wants to bring on record the actual facts before the

Court by filing rejoinder. The plaintiff has annexed the rejoinder
along-with present application. Therefore, an opportunity requires to
be granted to the plaintiff to file rejoinder to the reply filed by the
defendants to application Exhibit 10. No prejudice would be caused
to the defendants, if the application is allowed as the defendants will
get an opportunity to argue in respect of said rejoinder at the time of
hearing of injunction application Exhibit 10. Thus, the application
deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Application Exhibit 32 is allowed.
2. Permission is granted to the plaintiff to file
rejoinder to the reply filed by the defendants to
the injunction application Exhibit 10.
3. Rejoinder filed by the plaintiff be taken on
record.
4. Costs in cause.
