Perused application and reply. Heard both sides. The
defendants have filed pursis Exhibit 16 and made statement and
given undertaking that they will not sublet, give on licence the the
suit premises to any third party or part with possession of the suit
premises. The defendants have filed reply to present application and
made statement therein that the undertaking filed by the defendants
as per pursis Exhibit 16 be continued and they further undertake that
they will not carry out any additions and alterations in the suit
premises till the next date. Therefore, considering the pursis Exhibit
