DECREE
The Appellant above named (Defendant) filed Appeal to the Court of

ORDER
Appeal is dismissed with costs.
2. The impugned judgment passed in RAE & R Suit No. 515 of 1994
dated 23.04.2024, by the Court of Smal! Causes, Bandra Branch,
Mumbai (Court Room No. 37 B.B.) is hereby confirmed.
3. The defendant shall pay costs of appeal to the plaintiffs and shall
bear his own.
The decree be drawn accordingly.
5. Application below Exhibit-6 and 19 are rejected being appeal is
dismissed.
6. The Record and Proceeding of the Trial Court be returned to
deposit it in the record room as per rules.
7. Notify the judgment to the learned Trial Court.
